Aimee Fyke, COO
Aimee Fyke, in her role as Chief Operating Officer, has been responsible for overseeing all operational aspects of the hotels under the management of Tharaldson Hospitality Management since 2011. With a remarkable track record spanning over three decades in the lodging industry, Aimee embarked on her hospitality journey with Marriott International in 1989, initially in the Chicago area.
During her tenure with Tharaldson Lodging, Aimee held the position of Senior Vice President of Operations, where she had a significant impact, managing a portfolio of 200 hotels encompassing various brands like Residence Inns, TownePlace Suites, Springhill Suites, Courtyard by Marriott, Homewood Suites, and Hampton Inns. This leadership role prepared her for her current position as COO.
Before assuming the role of COO, Aimee contributed her expertise as a Senior Vice President of Hotel Operations at Archon Hospitality from 2008 to 2011.
Looking forward, Tharaldson Hospitality Management is set to expand its footprint, with 25 additional hotels in the pipeline spanning 16 states, a testament to Aimee's strategic guidance and leadership.
Beyond her responsibilities within Tharaldson, Aimee Fyke actively engages with the lodging industry community. She serves on the Residence Inn Association TRIA Board and the Homewood Suites by Hilton Owner's Advisory Council. Additionally, Aimee participates in various other industry committees, further exemplifying her commitment to advancing the field of hospitality.
