Dave Holm

Dave Holm is the Vice President of Revenue Management for Tharaldson Hospitality Management, leading a team of revenue strategists focused on maximizing top-line revenue and supporting hotel operations.

Dave studied Business Management at Minnesota School of Business and began his hospitality career at a golf resort, progressing from lake tours and guest lessons to Guest Service Representative, Assistant General Manager, and eventually General Manager. He transitioned into revenue management over eight years ago, developing strategies that drive growth and success across the portfolio.

Dave values THM’s culture of growth and impact, and enjoys working in a company that allows him to make a difference. Outside of work, he is a licensed pilot, an Army National Guard veteran, and an avid motorcyclist who has explored seven states, two volcanos, and famous routes like the Tail of the Dragon.
