Who is Dave Holm?

I am Dave Holm, Vice President of Revenue Management. My primary role is leading a team of revenue strategists responsible for maximizing top-line revenue and supporting our hotel teams.

I studied Business Management at the Minnesota School of Business. My career in the lodging industry began at a golf resort where I started by giving lake tours and lessons. My interaction with guests led me to transition to the front of the house, first as a Guest Service Representative, and later as Assistant General Manager. I had my first experience as a General Manager with Tharaldson Enterprises, and I met Gary during GM Training in Fargo. I even stayed in his former office, which had been converted into a guest room within the motel. I later became the General Manager of a 200-room hotel near the Minneapolis airport before embarking on an exciting journey into revenue management. Over the past 8 ½ years in the revenue department, I've honed new skills and achieved significant milestones.

I love working with a company that allows me to grow and have an influence on its success, and THM does just that!

Some fun facts about me:

• At the age of 16 I earned my pilot’s license for single-engine aircraft.

• I’m a veteran of the Army National Guard from 1998-2006.

• I have motorcycled seven states, two volcanos, the Tail of the Dragon at Deal’s Gap (318 curves in 11 miles), and the Cherthala Skyway.
