Elise Reid

Elise earned her BA in Humanities and Communication from California State University of Monterey Bay, with a minor in Professional and Practical Ethics. She played soccer for the CSUMB Otters, serving as team captain and demonstrating drive, competitiveness, and determination—qualities she brings to sales and leadership at THM.

She joined THM in 2022 as Regional Director of Sales, was promoted to Corporate Director of Sales & Marketing in 2024, and most recently became Vice President of Sales & Marketing. Elise works closely with hotel teams to support revenue growth, strengthen sales strategies, and drive results across the portfolio.

Outside of work, she enjoys running, hiking, spending time with family, and relaxing by watching her favorite TV series.
