Who is Samantha Fletcher?

Hi, I am Samantha Fletcher, Vice President of Sales & Marketing. From a bird’s eye view, I am responsible for shifting share and driving results; ensuring our portfolio of hotels obtain desired revenues and market share through process implementation + direct sales and marketing efforts. What I really get to do it visit our hotels week in and week out, working side by side with them, providing tools and resources, generating ideas, and helping them achieve their goals. I am so proud to have the opportunity to lead, encourage, learn from, and celebrate the best dang sales team in the industry every day!

I am a true Tharaldson success story and a prime example of what can be accomplished with hard work and dedication. THM is focused on helping you create your path. We pride ourselves on internal promotions and celebrating successes. We hire the brightest, most qualified individuals for all positions within the company and ensure we help them achieve their short- and long-term career goals. We are a true family and none of our leaders have forgotten what it is like to work on property day in and day out.

Fun Facts:

• I am happiest in the fall during football season (Hook ‘em Horns and Go Texans!), eating crawfish at the beach with my family, or while traveling and exploring new places. There are only 4 states in the US I have not visited!

• Fun Fact: Never have I ever… tasted coffee. Not hot nor cold and not even a sip!
