Travis Weller

Travis Weller is the Director of Human Resources for Tharaldson Hospitality Management, bringing over 20 years of experience in hotel operations and human resources. He began his THM journey in 2003 as a Guest Service Agent at the Courtyard by Marriott in Champaign, Illinois, quickly advancing to Assistant General Manager and then General Manager, including leading the openings of new Residence Inn properties. In 2017, he transitioned into human resources and has since focused on creating a positive, engaging experience for all employees.

Travis values THM’s supportive culture, growth opportunities, and collaborative environment, knowing that happy, empowered employees deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Outside of work, he is a fan of the Chicago Bulls and Chicago Cubs, and enjoys exploring hiking trails and attending outdoor festivals.
